Sales Engineer销售工程师
A. 岗位描述 Job Description:
- Responsible for promotion and sales of mixing and drying equipment from group’s manufacture in the Netherlands负责集团荷兰子公司混合干燥设备在中国市场的推广和销售;
- Fulfill the sales target, meanwhile search the potential customers and markets.开拓新的潜在客户和市场,完成销售任务;
- Obey the company’s rules and sales policies. 遵守公司各项规章制度,执行公司销售政策;
- Fix annual job target, submit job report regularly (incl. competition, market trend etc.).明确本岗位的年度任务目标,定期提交工作报告(内容包括竞争对手情况和市场动向);
- Collaborate the received inquiries with Technical Sales Engineer who responsible for relevant industry application and the Dutch manufacturer, so as to get the orders smoothly.与公司各应用领域销售工程师及荷兰工厂方面合作,处理收集到的客户询价,并配合完成销售;
- Maintain the relationship with old customers, develop new customers and markets.巩固既有客户关系、发展新客户,开拓新的市场领域;
- Attend training program arranged by the company for technical and sales skills and self improvement continually. 参加公司技术及营销培训,提高自身综合素养;
- Report to the manager of Commercial team. 向销售部经理直接汇报工作。
B. 资格要求 Qualifications:
- University degree or above, major in mechanical, pharmaceutical or chemical industry. 大学本科以上学历,机械、制药及化工专业。
- With approx. 2 years experience in sales job. 2年以上销售方面的实际工作经验。
- Fluent English both in written and oral is a must. 英语听说读写流利。
- Be willing to travel frequently in domestic and abroad. 能接受频繁出差于国内外。
- With open mind, frankly, creative and active personality. 性格活泼开朗,待人真诚,思维开阔,有创造性和主动性。
- Strong sense of responsibility, capability to thinking, analysis and solve problem independently. 有强烈的责任心,独立思考、分析、解决问题的能力。
- Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work. 有良好的人际沟通能力,具有较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。
- Practiced computer application skill, preferably for those candidates who can use AutoCAD. 能熟练操作计算机,能熟练运用绘图软件的优先考虑。
