人事/行政助理实习生 HR/Admin Assistant Intern
Study to manage various support jobs regarding HR & Admin area in General Affair Division. Including but not limited to below responsibilities:
1. Office daily care management including office safety, facilities, cleaning, solve the problems if anything interrupt the harmony working environment, etc..
2. Use ERP system for stationary and fix assets purchasing and management.
3. Support foreign colleagues various applications for their visiting or staying in China.
4. Recruitment jobs。
5. Handle of employee on-board and off-duty issues
6. Assistance to AC jobs.
1 Bachelor degree or above.
2 Relevant major in university.
3 CET 6 or above. Fluent oral English is a must.
4 Self-motivated and has strong sense of responsible.
5 Care about details and patient.
6 Open character and approachable.
7 Honest and loyal.
8 Good communication skills
9 Good service and collaborative spirit
10 Ability to handle possible contingencies.
